here's a list of basic house rules for guests staying with “NJAC": 1. **Respect Quiet Hours**: Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere, Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 2. **No Smoking**: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. You can use the designated outdoor areas for smoking. 3. **Pets Allowed with prior information only**: Unfortunately, we can't accommodate large pets on the premises. 4. **Maximum Occupancy**: The maximum occupancy is for guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval. Visitor are considered extra guests and are chargeable. 5. **Kitchen Usage**: Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen but clean up after yourself. Respect others sharing the space. 6. **Care for Aesthetics**: "The Space" is designed with care. Please help maintain its beauty and cleanliness. 7. **Caretaker Assistance**: Our trained caretaker is available to assist with any needs or questions you may have during your stay. 8. **Check-In and Check-Out**: Check-in time is after 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We may accommodate flexible timings with prior notice. 9. **Parties or Events**: We want you to have a good time, but please refrain from hosting parties or events on the property without approval. 10. **Respect Local Laws**: Follow all local laws and regulations during your stay. 11. **Security Deposit**: A security deposit may be required, refundable upon check-out if no damage or rule violations occur. 12. **Garbage Disposal**: Use the provided bins for disposing of garbage properly. 13. **Enjoy Your Stay**: Most importantly, relax, enjoy your time, and experience the tranquility of "The Space."
